Marketing Manager (Entry-level)

We're looking for a highly motivated and organised marketing graduate. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic. The main purpose of this role is to work with the team to plan and execute our internal marketing strategy. This is where you’ll learn our philosophy and how we do things at Blue Eye Deer.

In the future, you’ll be expected to take on more responsibilities and transition into a client-based marketing role.

Full training will be provided. However, it goes without saying that the successful candidate must be willing to listen, learn and want to develop as both a professional and a person.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills is a must. Considering yourself to be a creative person will also be a big advantage.

This is an entry-level role for someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Planning and creating internal marketing strategies

  • Executing internal strategies e.g. content calendar, publishing social posts, ad management etc.

  • Reporting on campaign progress weekly to the team and optimising for success

  • Help the wider team as required

Requirements

  • Ideally you'll have a degree in either Business/Commerce or Arts with a focus on marketing, sales or PR

  • Creative thinker and / or analytical (both would be genius)

  • Team player who is also comfortable working alone

  • Good understanding of the digital environment
